Let's Get This Negativity Party Started (with a heavy dose of sarcasm, of course)
Ever feel like the world is one giant dumpster fire and you're just waiting for the flames to reach you?

Turns out, even a few minutes of doom-scrolling or soaking up negative news in the morning can turn your whole day into one big fat bummer.

Sounds crazy, right? But it’s all too true.
Negativity is contagious, infecting your mood and your outlook.
Now, I'm not saying we all need to go live in a cave and pretend the world is sunshine, unicorns, and lollipops.

Think of it like your mental diet.
You wouldn't eat food from a garbage can all day and expect to feel amazing now would you?
Same goes for your brain – too much negativity, and it's gonna get sluggish and very grumpy.
It's time to ditch the mental junk food and choose something healthier!
